About Us

E3Project is a California-based Non-Profit [501(c)(3)] Public Benefit corporation.  E3 was organized on 4/8/08 and is based in Arcadia, CA.  John S. Waldrip, Th.D. is the founder of E3 and is also the former Chairman and CEO. In April of 2021, Daniel Arnold assumed the position as Chairman and CEO and is currently leading the organization in the fight against neurological based reading difficulties, in both children and adults.

Due to the continued growth of E3 Project, the organization has been afforded the opportunity to expand its reach into the Medical Missions space, resulting in the creation of E3 Project International. Pre-pandemic, the organization was able to fund its first mission’s trip to Nepal, where school age children and school staff were given otherwise difficult to acquire dental treatment and prevention training. In addition, with the help of the Laurie Osborne Scholarship Fund, E3 International was able to perform basic eye examinations and distribute over 500 pairs of reading glasses to those in need.

ChurchSake™, an additional venture brought to you and marketed by E3 Project, Inc., is a personal safety system, delivered by means of a smartphone app, directed at the unique needs of houses of worship.  We are currently seeking help with development and funding in order to complete this highly ambitious project. Please contact us using the information below if interested.

E3 = Enrich ➜ Engage ➜ Edify

Although some members of E3Project’s board of directors are Christian, E3 is not an extension of a church ministry.  E3’s mission is to engage the world outside the confines of a church ministry; to serve as a platform providing unconventional services in a cross-faith, ecumenical atmosphere.

Like us all, Dr. Waldrip and his colleagues have been observing the alarming increase in violent attacks against churches, temples, and other houses of worship.  In response to these and many other security and safety matters, Dr. Waldrip and the rest of the E3 team, in alliance with Overwatch, a SoCal-based tech firm, spearheaded the development of the ChurchSake Personal Safety App™.

Dr. Waldrip received his Doctor of Theology (Th.D.) from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.  In addition to currently serving on the board of E3 Project, John is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Road Baptist Church and is an active Angel Investor in multiple, SoCal-based technology ventures.
